VRAJOLI is a manufacturer and supplier of food products, including panipuri and related products. We supply products to individual customers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other business customers through our website and offline channels.

it cannot be cancelled.

8. Returns & Refunds

As our products are food items manufactured under strict hygiene standards:

  • Products are non-returnable.
  • Products are non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are generally not available once production or dispatch has begun.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping responsibilities are determined by the selected delivery method.

Customer-arranged transport

If goods are collected using the customer’s own vehicle or transporter:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer immediately upon handover.

VRAJOLI-arranged transport

Where transportation is arranged by VRAJOLI:

  • Responsibility remains with VRAJOLI until successful delivery and acceptance.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate order details.
  • Provide a valid delivery address.
  • Accept deliveries promptly.
  • Store food products appropriately after delivery.
  • Follow recommended handling and storage practices.

VRAJOLI is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information or improper storage after delivery.

11. Food Safety

Our products are manufactured following applicable hygiene and quality standards.

Once products are delivered and accepted, customers are responsible for:

  • Proper storage
  • Clean handling
  • Suitable transportation
  • Safe consumption or resale

Improper handling after delivery may affect product quality, for which VRAJOLI shall not be liable.

12. Wholesale & Distributor Orders

Bulk, wholesale, dealer, distributor, and custom manufacturing orders may require:

  • Advance production planning
  • Additional processing time
  • Special dispatch arrangements

Such orders are generally non-cancellable once production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to:
